Shipping Information
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post as our trusted delivery partner for small items. For cupboards we use Australia Post or reliable couriers, direct from the fabricator. All orders are trackable, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item has been dispatched.
Delivery Details
- Australia Post is now operating with contactless delivery to help keep everyone safe.
This means:
- No signature is required upon delivery.
- Your name and delivery will be recorded by the postal worker at the time of drop-off.
We recommend providing a secure delivery address — such as your home, workplace, or a trusted third party — as parcels that are marked as delivered cannot be claimed as lost.
Insurance & Peace of Mind
All our shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If anything goes wrong, we’ll work with Australia Post to sort it out quickly so you're not left out of pocket.
Pickup Option
At this stage, pickup is not available, but we're always happy to chat about flexible delivery solutions if you're local — just get in touch.
Shipping Disclaimer
From time to time, our online system might miscalculate shipping costs — especially for remote or oversized orders. If this happens, we’ll contact you with an updated quote based on your delivery location and order size. You’ll have the option to go ahead with the revised shipping cost or cancel your order for a full refund.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand by the quality of our gear and guarantee that all products are fit for purpose. If something doesn’t work with your vehicle, let us know within 14 days. You can send it back for a refund or exchange — no worries. If it's past 14 days, we’re still happy to offer a store credit.
Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in original packaging.
- Please email us with your Order or Invoice number, what you're returning, and how you're sending it.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
Note: Don’t send items back to the manufacturer — all returns must be sent directly to us after contacting us directly.
Refunds
- The item’s condition will be inspected upon return.
- We’ll confirm whether your refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Deposits made to reserve stock are non-refundable.
- Sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit only.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they’re faulty, damaged, or the wrong fit for your vehicle. Replacements will be shipped within 14 days of receiving your returned item, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Your Return
- Return items must be sent via a reliable courier with tracking and clearly labelled with your Return Authorisation Number.
- Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or an error on our part).
- If a refund is approved, any return postage may be deducted from your total.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping option — we can’t guarantee the return will reach us otherwise.
